On warm summer days, family and friends can refresh in the crystal clear waters of an 18 metre pool with separate children’s section. Surrounded by the sights and sounds of one of South Africa’s most biodiverse and vibrant regions, guests can delight in the natural treasures found across five of South Africa’s nine indigenous biomes. Floor to ceiling windows showcase the reserves rich and varied landscapes, which are stitched together to form mesmerizing vistas.
Elevated above a refreshing stream, the clubhouse provides the perfect opportunity to bask in the sight of herds of giraffe, Cape mountain Zebra and other plains game as they wander across billowing grasslands and through lush valleys. Although live music can be arranged, the melodious songs of over 150 bird species are a joyous soundtrack to suite any event.

Adjacent to the terraced lawns, lies the stunning Sentry Venue and its ethereal glass-banqueting room. Secluded within Hopewell Conservation Estate, its wrap-around glass doors dissolve into an entrancing panorama of utter wilderness and serenity. Providing a beautiful canvas for wedding receptions, corporate conferences and year-end events.
The Vineyard Clubhouse is renowned for its sumptuous Sunday lunches, held once a month, as well as its catered special events, including Mother’s Day, Father’s Day and Christmas Lunches (advanced pre-booking required).
Featuring inspired menus tailored by Hopewell’s passionate Executive Chef, Steven Leverington, these events are a culinary adventure not to be missed. Using only the freshest seasonal produce, Chef Steven transforms simple local ingredients into deliciously wholesome and artisinal culinary fare.
